 Our grounds can accommodate up to 40 guests and parking for up to 35 vehicles. While we recommend hosting between 20 to 30 people for optimal comfort and flow, the space can support up to 40 attendees as needed. 


Our pricing varies based on the day and the nature of your booking. Weekday rentals (Monday–Thursday) are offered at a lower rate, while weekends (Friday–Sunday) reflect a higher rate due to demand.

Since each event is unique, we encourage you to reach out directly for a personalized quote. Whether you’re planning a quiet weekday gathering or a full weekend celebration, we’ll work with you to find the best fit for your needs and budget.


Yes — a deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required to reserve your date.

The remaining balance will be due the day before your event. Your date isn’t secured until the deposit is received, so we recommend reaching out early to lock in your preferred time. A more detailed breakdown is included when reserving a date. 


Yes — event insurance is recommended for most bookings.

Smaller gatherings may be eligible to book without it, depending on the nature of the event. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific plans, and we’ll let you know what's recommended


 Yes — alcohol is permitted for private events at Cottage 36.


If you plan to serve alcohol:

  • Any and all Liability arising from the serving or dispensing of alcoholic beverages of any form will be the responsibility of the lessee.
  • State Law prohibits the sale, possession, or consumption of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21.
     

We’ve got you covered on the hosting side — Cottage 36 includes ample cooler space and four draft taps for events that meet these guidelines.

Please reach out if you have any questions about how to include alcohol in your booking — we’re happy to walk you through it.


No — we love and value little ones — but Cottage 36 was intentionally designed as an adult-centered space.

Because of this, we do not allow children at our events, with one exception: nursing infants accompanied by their mothers are always welcome.

If you're looking for a more kid-friendly venue, we’d be happy to share a list of local spaces that are better suited for children’s events. 💛
